Let us handle the entire setup process for your event. From tents and tables to chairs and lighting, we ensure a stress-free environment by setting everything up at your venue before the event starts.
Cancellation Policy
All events require a signed agreement and deposit to officially reserve your date. Dates are reserved on a first come first served bases and are to guaranteed until confirmed. Final balances are due prior to the event date, as outlined in your agreement. Cancelations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a defined period prior to the event may be subject to additional fees, depending on the scope and time of the booking. Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. Payments made may be applied to a rescheduled event within a specified timeframe, subject to availability and current pricing. Adjustments to rentals, quantities, or services must be finalized within the timeframe outlined in your agreement. Late changes may be limited based on inventory availability and logistics, and may incur additional fees. Delivery, set up, installation, and teardown times will be scheduled in coordination with your event timeline. Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the setup area at the agreed upon times. Teardown will occur as scheduled; any delays outside of our control may result in additional service fees.
